How do I register for an independent study or individual internship?
Students planning to enroll in an internship (PLSC 388) through the Department of Political Science are required to complete the internship contract and return it to the department office.

How do I join the PLSC honor society, Pi Sigma Alpha?
Juniors and seniors are eligible to join the Beta Xi chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha. To be selected, a student must have completed the following academic requirements:
(1) Six units in political science at UR;
(2) Three units of which must be at the 300 or 400 level;
(3) Overall GPA of 3.3; and
